All quotes provided by MK Pest Control are free of charge. We do not accept payments through our website. Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and EFTPOS. Late payments may result in additional charges or recovery action.
To cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment.
MK Pest Control is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for existing pest-related damage to property or belongings.
We strive to deliver services in a professional manner and in line with industry standards. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service so we can investigate and resolve the issue where appropriate.
